JJ Woodward is the founder and lead consultant at DBLJ Consulting, specializing in labor compliance and construction back office support. With a deep passion for helping businesses grow, JJ brings over 7 years of expertise in providing tailored solutions to both startups and established organizations. By leveraging a combination of experience, insight, and innovation, JJ works closely with clients to navigate challenges and achieve sustainable success. Whether optimizing internal processes, creating impactful strategies, or delivering actionable advice, JJ is dedicated to empowering businesses to reach their full potential.
Outside of helping companies win, JJ loves spending time with his wife Chole and two boys (Bauer 5, Iverson 1), with a third on the way (name TBD). A dedicated family man, he cherishes the moments spent creating lasting memories with his loved ones. When not at home, JJ enjoys deep-sea fishing, hitting the golf course, and has a deep passion for Disneyland, where he finds both relaxation and inspiration. He is currently in the process of becoming a Club 33 member, adding another layer to his Disney devotion. JJ is also actively involved with his church, where he finds community. Whether it’s casting a line into the ocean, sinking a few putts, or exploring the magic of Disney, JJ values balance, adventure, and the joy of family.
